Martin Price and His Journey as an Entrepreneur

Being a real estate developer and entrepreneur is not easy with many competitors in the field.

Martin Price, however, managed to be one of the biggest and most trusted real estate developers in the US.

Price is currently the CEO of the Realty Connexion in Boca Raton, Florida. It was the first company to sell Florida properties online. Price has owned and run real estate development businesses in Virginia, North Carolina, West Virginia, and Missouri.

Price has personally developed, owned, and managed many estates in Florida, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and Missouri, specializing in transforming agricultural terrain into residential lots.

He converted and sold nearly 5,000 residential lots and parcels in over 30 complexes in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Shenandoah Valley, Appalachia, and the Ozarks between 1996 and 1978.

He has counseled various Fortune 500 organizations in the business of real estate development and marketing, including Westinghouse Credit Corporation, and is the author of Tax Deed Connexion the American Way, which is now available through Amazon Books.

About Martin Price

Price is an alumna of Wofford College in 1964. He received a Bachelor's degree at the University of South Carolina in 1966 where he was mentored by Sir Martin Gilbert, a British historian, co-author of the official Winston Churchill biography and renowned Nazi hunter, and by Zbigniew Brzezinski (Mika Brzezinski's father) who became the National Security Advisor of American President Jimmy Carter.

At the age of 15, he won the Knights of Pythias' Oratory Contest and won the ''I Speak for Democracy" contest in 1955. He was also awarded a South Carolina Foundation scholarship to The University of South Carolina, where he excelled on its Atlantic Coast Conference Varsity Debate Team.

While studying at the University, Price worked as an Assistant News Director at WNOK TV in Columbia, South Carolina, and served as the state-wide IRC President, news director at WUSC Radio, newspaper columnist, and YMCA president.
