VSA Gives to Boys & Girls Clubs of Camden County for 11th Straight Year

Haddon Township, N.J. – VSA Prospecting continued a longstanding tradition this holiday season by making a generous contribution to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Camden County for the 11th year in a row.

The company was founded in a Camden County living room in 2001—the same year the Boys & Girls Club of Camden County opened their first clubhouse in the Parkside neighborhood of Camden.
The Boys & Girls Clubs’ mission is to enable all young people, especially those most in need, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. The organization traditionally provides summer camps, afterschool programs, and ongoing mentorships for children with adult professionals.
“This is a particularly exciting time to be part of the Boys & Girls Clubs and support the development of young people,” says VSA founder and CEO Valerie Schlitt, a member of the Boys & Girls Club board since 2019.
As a board member, Miss Schlitt has a firsthand view of the ways community donations directly benefit the children.
“From the beginning, something about this organization just caught my heart,” she says. “I’ve always felt an alignment with the things they’re trying to do. I believe in developing people and giving them the opportunity to fly and do what they’re passionate about. To be part of an organization that creates an environment that allows young people to fly is very meaningful to me.”
